The Board encourages use of our shared neighborhood facilities. To reserve the club house go to the forms tab to find the club house rental agreement. Please take the time to read the rules and requirements. You will need to submitted the agreement to PML along with the deposit when picking up the key. To confirm a reservation date please contact Susan at PML.
To encourage homeowner use, all homeowner pool key-cards are supposed to open the pool-side clubhouse doors during pool hours. If your key cannot open the clubhouse doors, please contact PML @ (303) 772-5934 and let them know. The Board encourages greater use of our shared neighborhood facilities, but please treat the area with respect and keep it in good condition for the benefit of all.
Updated Pool & Clubhouse use policies have been approved by the BOD. Rules are posted under the Governing Documents tab.
